Carrot Coconut Scones with Citrus Glaze

Maple Walnut Scones

These hearty scones aren’t too sweet and were a nice breakfast treat. Not too maple-y, although I don’t particularly like nuts in my scones. I’d say I probably like Abby Dodge’s version from The Weekend Baker a little better. Maple Walnut Scones (Baked: New Frontiers in Baking, p. 29)
