I really liked this salad. The dressing is tangy and strong with umami thanks to the addition of fish sauce. The tofu soaks it up the dressing and avocado (a staple in our house) adds a nice creamy component. Plus any salad made with butter lettuce is good in my book. Avocado & Tofu Salad [...]
