Simple Blueberry Parfaits

Posted by Sheri on Sunday, July 15th, 2012

This is my kind of dessert. And it’s practically foolproof, too.

Layers of Nilla wafers, fresh blueberry compote (with a touch of citrus from Grand Mariner), and sweetened whipped cream – not complicated, but it’s really delicious, and pretty too.

I don’t think there’s one thing I’d change about it, except maybe use the same method with different fruits (cherries!).

To get the recipe and see the other entries from this week’s Baked Sunday Mornings head on over to Baked Sunday Mornings.

Looks great, Sheri – and, I agree, this would be wonderful with all kinds of fruits and liqueurs.
