Larry didn’t love this dinner, but too bad for him. I was cleaning out the refrigerator and it was the perfect opportunity to use up shiitakes, tofu and soba that were languishing in the refrigerator.
I really liked this, especially the crunch of the warm tofu croutons contrasted with the cool noodles.
The main reason Larry didn’t love it is that cold sesame noodles just aren’t his favorite (did I mention, too bad for him?). And like many of Melissa’s recipes, this one is easy tweak to your own tastes. Find the recipe here.
