Larry requested something baked but sendable to package up for his dad for Christmas (he’s in Arizona). I immediately remembered these brownies, which hold up well to shipping. They can be wrapped individually in either plastic or foil to guard against dry heat or humid weather. The verdict came back – they loved them and they survived the trip well. These are your basic fudgy brownies, good and moist but nothing to write home about – just right for sending home, though.
