These meatball subs reminded me again why smoked paprika is such a great ingredient. It can elevate something as simple as ground pork into a smoky, savory bite of heaven. Particularly if you like the flavor of smoked foods (I do). We loved these subs. Loved them. I usually gravitate towards a plant-based diet, but I’ve been trying to be a little less restrictive on the weekends. That still means buying good ingredients and I do my best to avoid things like factory-farmed meat.
