These cookies fit the bill for something to bring to a community event – easy to make, and high yield (about 4 dozen cookies). Plus, they’re super chocolate-y and have a bit of spice that makes them different from any other chocolate cookie. Using a scooper makes it easy to make uniformly sized cookies.
