Devil’s Food Cake with Angel Frosting

Posted by Sheri on Saturday, February 26th, 2011

I chose to make cupcakes instead of a cake – easier to take and distribute at work. Seven minute frosting isn’t my favorite, but this is a nice version of it. The cake is really chocolatey, light and tender. I think this would make a beautiful cake, with thick clouds of frosting on top.

For the recipe, head on over to Baked Sunday Mornings!

I know the frosting may not be your favorite but it looks like it took forever and the sheen on it is gorgeous!
