Peppery Pink Lentil Soup
I think it's pretty clear that I'm a soup fanatic. And lentil soup is one of my favorites. However... I wasn't that crazy about this version. I didn't really like the texture. The flavor was really good. I think I just would have liked it to be thicker.

I don't remember even seeing that recipe! I'll have to check it out. I've had a thing for lentils lately.
*sigh* Why do all your pictures look so good? Whenever I take food shots they just look... greasy.
I don't know. No flash, for sure. And most of the photos (but not this one) aren't taken by me - my husband is the Pork Cracklins photographer. :)
